Yes! There have been several reformattings that have been very helpful in the way I use dA.

I've never really cared either way.
Not really. I think it's kind of troublesome to learn the new layout, but it doesn't bother me too much.
Never. I've disliked pretty much every single format change dA's made, and never benefitted from the new features.

ANOTHER format? Why? Haven't they already done it once this year? And do all websites have to do this at the same time? First YouTube, then Wikipedia and now dA. Furthermore, does ANYBODY like these changes? I've never spoken to anyone who had anything positive to say about any dA update. The way browsing has gotten screwed around with is particularly annoying.
But what really irritates me about the new format is dA's removing the ability to view all deviations in full-view automatically, foregoing the need to click on the image every time. And yes, I know that it stays zoomed in if you browse using the buttons, but it's still a pain in the
